Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Operations Supervisor

HonorBuilt is a leading provider of complex jobs and large-scale deployments in the restaurant industry. We have a deep understanding of restaurant POS systems and the inner workings of modern restaurants, thanks to our extensive experience working with top brands and frequent visits to restaurants.

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead a small team of warehouse members, ensuring accurate and timely ticketing and coding, updating tickets, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving discrepancies in a timely manner through effective communication with Warehouse leadership and thorough research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Code and Approve Tickets: Ensure accurate and timely coding of tickets for billing purposes.
  • Update Open Tickets: Regularly update all open tickets in a timely manner to maintain accurate records.
  • Research and Resolve Errors: Investigate and resolve any errors on tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assign Ticket Status: Assign the status of tickets based on the current process status.
  • Manage Aged Tickets Reports: Monitor and manage aged tickets reports to identify and address any issues.
  • Communicate Discrepancies: Communicate all discrepancies to the Director and other relevant teams.
  • Update Defective Tickets: Update all defective tickets to ensure accurate records.
  • Assist Buyer/Purchaser: Assist the buyer/purchaser in identifying products needed for stock and the picking of items to be shipped/sold.
  • Cycle Count Program: Utilize the Cycle Count Program to ensure inventory integrity is maintained.
  • Enter Components: Make necessary adjustments and enter components back into inventory via ConnectWise.
  • Perform Cycle Counts: Perform cycle counts of inventory in all warehouse locations.
  • Investigate Discrepancies: Investigate any discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in CW.
  • Research Inventory Discrepancies: Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory reports.
  • Determine Root Causes: Assist in determining the root causes of inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive discrepancies.
  • Manage External Relationships: Manage external relationships with carriers (FedEx/UPS/ODFL).
  • Create Return Labels: Create return labels and call tags as needed.
  • Communicate with Development/PMO: Communicate with the Development/PMO department if material issues and defects are noted.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from the Procurement team, Warehouse, and PMO in a timely manner.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED, with a 2-year degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Experience/Knowledge/Abilities: Demonstrated excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to eliminate distractions and concentrate during the counting process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced environment. Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work in extremely warm/cold environments, standing on feet for most of the shift. Inventory Control and Computer skills. Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks and pre-hire drug testing.
