Position Overview

This full-time role is dedicated to the oversight of financial management concerning grant funding, ensuring that resources are allocated and utilized effectively in accordance with project objectives. The position necessitates close collaboration with community stakeholders to resolve inquiries or issues related to the funding scope.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the financial components of grant funding, ensuring that funds are allocated and utilized in alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct regular analyses and monitoring of the project budget, identifying discrepancies or areas needing attention.
  • Ensure that funds are utilized efficiently and in compliance with grant regulations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for communication regarding the funding scope and related matters.
  • Address inquiries and issues that arise, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Collaborate on necessary budget modifications.
  • Document any changes to the budget, ensuring they align with project requirements.
  • Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure all financial activities adhere to grant agreements and applicable regulations.
  • Provide training and support to community partners and internal staff on financial management practices, grant compliance, and budgeting processes to enhance project effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, budget modifications, and communications related to the grant, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that prepares the incumbent to perform the duties of the position effectively. Typically, candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a finance-related field.

Candidates with foreign accreditations are encouraged to apply; however, the organization is not currently sponsoring individuals through any U.S. Government employment-based immigration programs.
