Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mount Carmel Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our medical center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care for an assigned group of patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation).
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • BSN preferred, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Previous healthcare experience, preferably in an acute hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
