Position Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients at skilled nursing facilities. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to patients with diverse health needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
  • Support and guide Patient Care Technicians in delivering care.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and be flexible with scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited institution; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) is preferred.
  • Experience in critical care settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
