Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wait Staff to join our team. As a Wait Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Service: Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Menu Review: Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
  • Food Preparation and Delivery: Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
Requirements
  • Basic Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Effective Communication: Effective verbal and written English skills.
  • Sanitation Knowledge: General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
  • No Experience Needed: No experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
