Key Responsibilities

  • Order Taking: Take orders from guests and deliver to the appropriate person to execute.

  • Payment and Point-of-Sale: Prepare guest checks and collect payment, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Assist with other restaurant tasks, such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments, and be willing to perform a variety of duties in multiple departments during a shift.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems and provide a positive experience for guests.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and maintain knowledge of menu items and composition.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work with a team, maintain personal hygiene, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, and previous experience as a server preferred.
  • Schedule and Availability: Ability to work a 7-day rotational schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
