We are looking for a motivated Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. This role will be assisting customers in the showroom, answer incoming phone calls, and cashiering among other administrative duties. To be successful in this role you should be customer service focused with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to promptly identify customer needs whether it is sales or service and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Maintain a friendly, professional and courteous attitude when working with all customers and employees
  • Answer all incoming dealership phone calls and direct customers to the correct department
  • Operate a high-volume multi-line telephone system and transferring callers to appropriate personnel
  • Notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and properly introduce the customer
  • Work cooperatively with the sales team
  • Maintain showroom refreshments
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
  • Ability to make change accurately for cash payments
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity, poise and refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, and data entry
  • Complete IRS/FinCEN Form for cash payments that exceed ten thousand dollars.

  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several tasks at once
  • Must be able to handle high volume, multi-line phone system
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience (preferred)
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
