Medical Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at GreenLife Healthcare Staffing. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing laboratory tests and analyzing results.
Responsibilities:- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate test results
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
- 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
- Valid driver's license
