Buddy's Home Furnishings is a leading provider of quality brand name products to customers across the country. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and meet company revenue standards
  • Perform inside sales and outside collections to drive business growth
  • Maintain the appearance of our showroom and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Take primary responsibility for delivery and pickup of merchandise
  • Assist with managerial functions and duties as assigned by Store Manager
  • Demonstrate effective communication and reasoning skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone skills and intermediate math skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive during day and night, with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in person and over the telephone
  • Ability to work overtime and meet regular and consistent attendance requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise 50-300 pounds
  • Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching, and grabbing as required
  • Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliance, and electronics
  • Prolonged driving and standing
  • Ability to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions

Compensation:

$11.00 - $13.00 Hourly
