Hospice Weekend Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse to provide critical care support to patients in need after hours and on weekends. With a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, you will be part of a supportive family-focused culture at Compassus, where every teammate matters.
Job Overview- Provide hospice patient care after hours and on weekends, enabling patients to spend quality time with their loved ones.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including vital signs, wound management, and symptom control.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- RN license in the state where you work.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, with hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver's license and CPR/BCLS certification.
- Flexible scheduling to meet agency-staffing needs.
