About the Job
This full-time opportunity is available in Auburn, Massachusetts, covering the Worcester County areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. As a Hospice Aide/CNA, you will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Clinical Supervisor, assisting patients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting comfort and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving light meals
- Assisting patients with ambulation and using walkers or wheelchairs as needed
- Changing linens and maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Participating in Quality Improvement activities and attending staff meetings

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation reflects the importance of this role in providing exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
