As a Home Training Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in educating and training patients on how to manage their dialysis treatments from the comfort of their own homes.

Job Overview

This position is ideal for a registered nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and education. You will be responsible for evaluating and training patients, care partners, and families on the home hemodialysis program. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educating patients on the benefits of home dialysis and providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their treatments safely and effectively.
  • Collaborating with nephrologists to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conducting educational workshops to keep healthcare teams up-to-date on the latest technologies and evidence-based practices.
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and lab results to ensure their safety and success on the home hemodialysis program.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice.
  • 12 months of experience in nursing.
  • Additional 3 months of experience with specific modality.
  • A valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); or three-year diploma from an accredited program.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including:
