Job Title: Plumbing Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Installation Specialist to join our team at Art Plumbing, AC & Electric. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in residential and commercial plumbing repair and installation.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete plumbing, drain repair and replacement tasks, as well as other duties depending on your skill level.
  • Conduct yourself as a professional and utilize your knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with related paperwork.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience working for a licensed Plumbing Contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of water piping.
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job decisions.
  • Proven track record in soldering, leak locating, fixture installation, gas systems, excavations, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Clean, safe driving record.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities, strong verbal and written communications.
  • Passionate about Art Plumbing, AC & Electric, and our success together.
  • High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
  • Strong desire to be a better today than you were yesterday.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from cold with rain to very hot and humid. This includes attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations. Typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays, five (5) days per week, with regular weekend work, all overtime hours will be paid at time and half (1.5 times your regular rate).
