Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Specialist to join our team at Dawar Consulting, Inc. in Milpitas, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues in an assembly manufacturing environment
2. Create Problem Correction Reports (PCRs) and work closely with engineers to resolve issues related to new product introduction
3. Effectively read and follow work instructions for proper product assembly
4. Assemble components into an e-chassis from schematic and kit of parts
5. Perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4-6 years of related experience
2. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics for AC and DC circuits
3. Use of a DMM
4. Repair and fabricate cables
5. Ability to work in a clean room environment wearing PPE
