Job Title: Equipment Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to join our team at Six Sigma/Winslow Automation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining equipment and tooling to ensure efficient and reliable production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement upgrades to tooling, mechanization, and automation equipment for greater efficiency and reliability
  • Support facilities projects, including expansion and renovation
  • Provide trouble-shooting support for factory automation and facilities projects
  • Ensure that repetitive equipment failures and inefficiencies are identified and addressed
  • Comply with quality, personnel, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related position or industry
  • Experience in coordination and oversight of projects
  • Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Skilled in effective logical problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Safe and effective experience in the use of hand, power, and machine shop tools
  • Proficient in MS Windows, Outlook, Office Suite, and other relevant software
