About the RoleThis is a part-time (PRN) opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work closely with our experienced therapists and collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment programs established by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with facility staff to create a supportive environment that fosters patient growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.
