POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Contribute as a vital member of the team to guarantee that the daily functions of the facility operate at peak performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the upkeep and repair of all machinery within the facility.
- Ensure the facility is upheld in a secure and sanitary environment.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, complying with both OSHA and company standards.
- Promptly report any hazardous actions or conditions to management.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance is required.
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Basic electrical knowledge is necessary.
- Ability to diagnose issues swiftly is crucial.
- Willingness to work irregular hours; on-call availability is required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Personal transportation is required.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Preferred background in the manufacturing sector.
