Key Responsibilities:
We are in search of a proficient and meticulous Lead Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our finance department. The Lead Financial Analyst will oversee daily financial operations and cost analysis.

The responsibilities of the Lead Financial Analyst will also encompass executing account reconciliations, managing the general ledger, aiding in audit preparations, and undertaking additional tasks as required.

This role will report to the Controller.

Review and evaluate the general ledger and prepare suitable accrual and adjusting journal entries in compliance with GAAP standards.

Oversee ERP time tracking for cost analysis.

Support the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable functions.

Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Analyze inventory transactions.

Examine invoice billings and their respective coding promptly.

Identify and authorize weekly payments of outstanding payables.

Contribute to the compilation of information for the year-end audit.

Collaborate with colleagues to support overall organizational goals and objectives.

Engage in special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

4+ years of relevant experience.

CPA certification is advantageous.

Experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing context is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously with a keen attention to detail.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with JD Edwards/Hubble reporting software is a plus.

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
