About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer who excels in technical prowess and inspires leadership by example. This role requires a team player with an analytical mindset to undertake firmware development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware based on product and hardware specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and serve as a technical resource.
  • Work closely with product managers, hardware engineers, and software developers to complete project objectives.
  • Support development, verification, validation, and integration efforts from product definition to launch.
  • Provide firmware specifications and product documentation.
  • Ensure robustness, reliability, and security of firmware code.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience with firmware development, working with microcontrollers, embedded systems, RTOS, etc.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in C/C++ and familiar with source code management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
