About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to lead our firmware development efforts.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware based on product and hardware specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership.



Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Develop and maintain embedded firmware, and serve as a technical resource to the team and management.

Collaborative Influence:
Work closely with product managers, hardware engineers, and software developers to achieve project objectives.

Product Focus:
Support development efforts from product definition to launch, and provide firmware specifications and product documentation.

Self-Driven Execution:
Take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and drive for results.

Mentorship:
Foster the growth of fellow engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
5-10 years of experience with firmware development and working with microcontrollers, embedded systems, RTOS, etc.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and proficiency in C/C++
Understanding of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities
