Valet Parking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the safe and timely parking of their vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking environment.
Key Responsibilities- Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was received.
- Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, provide clear instructions on parking rates and procedures, and thank them upon exit.
- Vehicle Inspection: Inspect each vehicle before taking possession, following company guidelines to ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
- Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company uniform standards.
- Additional Duties: Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks, or other special projects as assigned by local management.
- Age and License: Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Physical Demands: Be able to stand, walk, and carry items weighing up to 50lbs, as needed.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach to interacting with guests.
- Customer Service: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer issues in a positive and helpful manner.
- Valet Parking Experience: 1 year or more of experience in valet parking.
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year or more of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Free Parking: Free parking while on shift at your assigned Propark location.
