Parking Management Services is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Parking Lot Auditor. As a Parking Lot Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring parking lots and garages, performing operational duties, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers.
- Perform operational duties as required, including but not limited to, collecting parking fees, directing customers to available parking spaces, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for customers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Use personal cell phones for work purposes, as required.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience.
- Physical ability to walk 8+ miles in a shift and work in all types of weather.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check post-hire.
- Ability to work independently.
