About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking lot.
Responsibilities- Parking and Retrieval: Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
- Communication: Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Information Provision: Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
- Issue Resolution: Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have, and handle any issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, treating colleagues as an extension of your work family.
- Assistance: Assist team members during peak times or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly assisting guests with their parking needs and answering any questions or concerns.
- Courtesy: Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor, always willing to go the extra mile to meet guest expectations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and surrounding areas, including clearing any debris or trash.
- Additional Assistance: Provide additional customer service assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or assisting with directions.
- Revenue Maximization: Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring all fees are collected accurately.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and attributes:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Driving Ability: Ability to drive manual stick shift.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountability: Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills.

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus tips.
