Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Graphics Design Manager in producing artwork and design elements.
  • Develop web graphics and promotional materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Perform Photoshop retouching and select images for marketing materials.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the design process.
  • Edit video content for internal communications.
  • Conceptualize designs by analyzing information and materials.
  • Create initial design layouts, considering arrangement, size, typography, and aesthetic aspects.
  • Secure approval for concepts by presenting preliminary layouts.
  • Finalize designs by utilizing typesetting, printing, and other relevant equipment, as well as sourcing materials from vendors.
  • Prepare the final layout by assembling and pasting the completed copy and artwork.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, art services, and printers to complete projects.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of HTML email design.
  • High creativity levels with a proven ability to generate innovative design concepts within project timelines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet creative challenges and project demands.
  • Knowledgeable about digital and print advertising standards and best practices.
  • Ability to apply branding consistently across various projects.
  • Strong collaborative and independent working skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
