SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500 - $95,000, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionThis Clinical Nurse Specialist - New Graduate role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and striving to anticipate patient needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of cardiac life support and have obtained BLS certification within 30 days of employment. Additionally, they will need to obtain ACLS certification within one year of employment.
