Field Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Equipment Operator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our agronomy solutions team, you will be responsible for applying herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops, operating and maintaining applicator equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Mix and apply pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals to crops in accordance with label instructions and recommendations from leaders.
- Operate and maintain applicator equipment, including tractors, sprayers, and other machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing parts as needed.
- Keep accurate records of application activities, including log books and field maps.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to maintain pesticide applicator license and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective application processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience operating large equipment and machinery.
- Class A or B CDL required.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
