Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst to serve as an internal consultant, driving innovation and continuous improvement in our critical food safety and quality programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement, with expertise in driving strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing supplier compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing supplier compliance processes
  • Analyze and validate current systems, proposing and overseeing improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide project leadership, engaging with process owners to develop and execute change strategies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools to drive functional improvements
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth integration of compliance processes into the supplier and item lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination
  • Hands-on experience developing and optimizing complex processes across multiple tools and teams
  • Technical proficiency with AWS data tools, APIs, databases, and web technologies
  • Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies and troubleshooting
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills
