We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant or Associate Professor in Vascular Surgery to join our team at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, non-tenure clinical faculty position in the Department of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and participate in clinical service, administrative, and research activities
- Provide direct patient care and supervision of medical students and residents in clinic and hospital settings
- Participate in the Vascular Surgery practice in the Greater Houston area Memorial Hermann locations
- Collaborate with other Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery physicians
- Support the research mission of the department and university
The selected candidate must have a Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License. Required or preferred board certification/eligibility statement. Required or preferred minimum years of clinical experience or years post-residency statement.
