Keller Schroeder is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team in Evansville, IN. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, reporting, updating, training, implementing, and maintaining an ERP system for our client in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing ERP needs via analysis of business processes.
  • Writing workflow processes and scripts as well as configuring new front-end ERP applications.
  • Developing and customizing within the ERP, including user-friendly functionalities and interfaces, dashboards, and Crystal/SSRS reports.
  • Ensuring new enhancements for ERP software have seamless integration with company operations.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Training ERP end-users and providing technical support.
  • Documenting ERP processes and developing progress updates.
  • Compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
  • Assisting with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and support for optimal usage within NetSuite and other systems.
  • Staying abreast of ERP upgrades and new product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience as an ERP Analyst/Specialist.
  • Experience as an ERP Developer, project management, and implementation.
  • Developing and modifying ERP Crystal Reports.
  • Knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Prior experience with SAGE or SAGE X3 is a plus but not required.
