Job Responsibilities
  • Implement the nursing process to assess resident care plans, develop interventions, and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care.
  • Assist with team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans; assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
  • Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests as ordered by physicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid RN license in the State of Minnesota.
  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent education and experience.
