Design Competence:
A commitment to producing high-quality design work is essential, with familiarity in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator) or the technical aptitude to learn digital design software.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Google applications (UAS Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs) and the willingness to learn new software is required.

Collaboration:
The ability to work effectively with peers, staff, and independently is crucial.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours, and maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Compensation Details:
New hires will be compensated according to the UA student salary schedule, based on education and experience. This position is grant-funded and offers a rate of $15/hour.
