Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, working closely with our electrophysiology providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care, including triage, scheduling, education, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with electrophysiology providers to ensure accurate and timely patient care, including ordering and refilling medications.
  • Provide education to patients and families on cardiovascular health, disease management, and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience in cardiology or electrophysiology preferred.
