Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics is seeking a talented Patient Care Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and services. This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of patient care, from scheduling to treatment completion.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,200 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive pay and bonus structure – starting salary $18/hour and bonuses of up to $800/month* – along with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, presenting post-exam consultations and financing options, conducting audits of patient schedules, managing diverse teams, and handling changing priorities. Requirements include an associate's degree or 3 years management experience, customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word, customer service: 1 year (Required), and computer skills: 1 year (Required). Dental office management experience, especially in a multi-specialty office, highly preferred. Knowledge of Dentrix and Dolphin dental software, CPR-BLS, RDA, or other related dental certifications are also a plus.
