About the Role:

The Vocational Nurse Director will direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to patient/resident rights. The role also involves participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed vocational nurse with a focus on leadership and supervision.
  • Demonstrated expertise in patient care, clinical operations, and staff management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient/resident rights.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (required).

Compensation: Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
