Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the university with professionalism and integrity, managing a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle.
  • Effectively respond to student concerns, issues, or inquiries and successfully qualify students for various academic programs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment objectives, maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding the university's offerings, programs, and services.
  • Accurately document and record continuous contact with prospective students and track information to ensure smooth transition of applicant data.
  • Work on special projects as assigned, including visits to high schools, community colleges, and corporations.
Qualifications:
  • A sincere desire to help others combined with an independent drive to achieve objectives.
  • Professional verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong database management skills working with a CRM system, as well as Word and Excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) along with a minimum of 3 years related experience in a customer-facing environment.
