Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to maintenance tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Conduct proactive assessments of preventative maintenance to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to identify and address entry-level maintenance repairs, including educating them on best practices to ensure longevity of equipment.
  • Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document, communicate, and interact with key business partners.
  • Interact with operational leadership, including Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Directors, as well as external vendors and maintenance service providers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Active driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 100%.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
