Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas, and cleaning entire restrooms using disinfectants and bathroom cleaners. You will also be responsible for restocking restroom supplies, removing trash, cleaning fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweeping and/or wet mopping floors. Additionally, you will ensure that all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area, and keep closets clean, neat, and orderly.
