Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to production
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Maintenance or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing production and processing machinery
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with VFD, HMI, and PLC systems
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software
  • Ability to draw concept layouts and write specifications for equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
  • 50% office time, 50% production floor time
  • Traversing production floor, use of protective equipment
  • Lifting 40-50 lbs, possible international travel
