Sign Fabrication Team Lead

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and participate in the fabrication of signs, ensuring projects meet high quality standards and are completed efficiently. We're looking for a skilled craftsperson who can guide a team of fabricators, share their expertise, and ensure projects align with client specifications and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities- Fabrication: Hands-on fabrication of various types of signs, including channel letters, illuminated signs, monument signs, and vehicle wraps.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of fabricators, providing training, feedback, and support.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements, timelines, and materials.
- Quality Control: Ensure all fabricated signs meet quality standards, conducting inspections and identifying areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot fabrication challenges, offering creative solutions and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring team members follow guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep fabrication equipment in good working order, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
- Material Management: Track inventory levels, ordering materials as needed, and minimizing waste.
- Experience: Several years of experience in sign fabrication, demonstrating proficiency in various fabrication techniques and materials.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and support.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sign fabrication equipment, tools, and materials.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality signs that meet client expectations.
