Job Overview

Hybrid Promotions LLC is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Branded Graphics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-trend artwork for our Men's Outdoor brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design print-ready artwork for Men's Outdoor brands, meeting customer and seasonal requests
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Conduct trend research and shopping reports to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends
  • Prepare CAD files and sizing for print-ready artwork
  • Follow established operating procedures and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition
  • Excellent hand-sketching and drawing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
