Clinical Nurse Coordinator Med Tele Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing all functions in the unit on your designated shifts.
Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions during the designated shift.
- Function as a resource person for staff members and assist in necessary education of individual members of the nursing staff.
- Assume responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care provided when you are on duty.
- Makes decisions regarding activities with these areas based on Administrative Operational Standards, Nursing Administrative Standards, Human Resource Standards, and Standards of Care for the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- BLS required. ACLS preferred. Certification preferred within 18 months in one of the following: ANCC Med-Surg (RN-BC), MSNCB Med-Surg (CMSRN), ANCC PCCN, or ANCC Cardiac-Vascular (RN-BC).
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of your unit and leadership/management experience is preferred.
