Project Management Technician

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Project Management Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining U-Haul facilities to ensure a high level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and utilize tools and equipment in various areas, including carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs.
  • Collaborate on projects or work independently as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
Work Environment:

The work environment requires observing necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts, machines, and site maintenance. Protective clothing or gear may be required.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
