  About the Role

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical evaluations of blood and body fluids to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results.
  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures and results.
  • Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot instrumentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to achieve high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and hospital staff.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) from ASCP or AMT.
  • One year of experience as a laboratory scientist, with preference given to those with clinical internships.
  • Ability to read and understand information about laboratory equipment and testing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
