Purpose of Your Role

As a member of our Investor Center, you will craft tailored financial strategies utilizing a diverse array of products and services, leveraging your sound judgment and in-depth product knowledge alongside Fidelity's planning tools. Rather than focusing on acquiring new clients, you will engage with existing clients and warm leads, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: delivering investment solutions and nurturing relationships with a dedicated local advisor.



Qualifications We Seek
  • Utilizing Fidelity's guidance tools effectively, you will engage in financial planning discussions, presenting solutions and services that align with client needs.
  • By leveraging technology, you will prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one meetings, optimizing the client's time and planning for follow-up actions.
  • Through proactive outreach, you will cultivate relationships, aiming to understand clients' goals and objectives, and refer them to a wealth management partner based on their needs and financial complexity.
  • Possession of Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 and relevant state registrations preferred, or the ability to obtain them swiftly upon hire.
  • A degree and/or professional certifications such as CFP are advantageous; if you do not currently hold a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist you in obtaining one.
