Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Golden Gate Bell. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of team members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of team members to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory procedures.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering.
  • Assist with maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must maintain current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
  • Education: Basic math & reading skills.
  • Must have the ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must pass Criminal Background Check.
  • Must be able to pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
