Lead Dentist Opportunity at Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a patient-centric team and ensuring excellent quality of care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dental professionals and ensure excellent quality of care
  • Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
  • Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
  • Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain an awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
  • Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals

Requirements:

  • Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
