Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chiller Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on chiller systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components to ensure efficient operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements to prevent downtime.
  • Monitor and calibrate control systems to ensure accurate and efficient operation of chillers.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their specific maintenance needs and provide expert recommendations to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including tasks performed and parts used.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Work in accordance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in chiller maintenance to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of technology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chiller Maintenance Specialist or in a similar HVAC maintenance role.
  • Strong understanding of chiller systems, refrigeration cycles, and cooling principles.
  • Familiarity with various types of chiller control systems and their maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to chillers.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or technical training in HVAC technology is preferred.
