We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Charles Tini Associates Inc. as a key member of our building services department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance work, as well as tasks related to stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, flooring, roofing, and interior/exterior lighting.
- Diagnose and repair issues with gas fixtures and appliances, door locks, mailboxes, and security systems.
- Repair damaged plaster/drywall surfaces and paint as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training in one or more trades preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years multi-family maintenance experience required.
- Possess a basic understanding of principles and procedures of building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents and staff in a professional manner.
