Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Seneca Health Care Center LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.
The estimated salary for this position is $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include weekly paychecks, same-day pay options, health insurance, and flexible schedules.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care and support to residents, including assistance with daily activities and mobility
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and care provided
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of New York
- Associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
