  • Compliance: Practice and maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a dental clinic setting.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Dentrix software or knowledge of dental software.
  • Attitude and Personality: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
